Lycopene is one of the most powerful antioxidants around with studies showing evidence of cancer prevention and benefits to the heart. Everyone knows the #1 source of lyopene is tomatoes. But don't forget, watermelon, guava, persimmons, and grapefruit (pink or red) are also packed with lycopene! Fruit salad...yummy yummy!
